At Beauty Base Training Academy, we aim to provide a professional, supportive and high-quality learning environment. These Terms & Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities when using our website or enrolling on a course.
Course Applications
👉 All courses are subject to availability
👉 Funded courses require eligibility checks
👉 We reserve the right to accept or decline applications
Your Place on a Course
Your place is confirmed once:
✔️ Your application is approved
✔️ Required documents are submitted
✔️ Payment (if applicable) is received
Funded Courses
👉 Eligibility must be met
👉 Evidence may be requested
👉 Incorrect information may result in removal
Paid Courses
👉 Deposits are required to secure your place
👉 Payment plans must be followed
Failure to pay may result in:
❌ Suspension ❌
❌ Removal from the course ❌
If You Cancel
👉 Deposits are non-refundable ❌
👉 No refunds once the course has started ❌
👉 Partial refunds may be considered (at our discretion) ❌
If We Cancel
You will be offered:
✔️A transfer, or
✔️A full refund
Students are expected to:
✔️ Attend all sessions
✔️ Be punctual and professional
✔️ Follow the tutor's guidance
✔️ Respect the staff and other students
We may remove students for:
👉 Unsafe practice ❌
👉 Disruptive behaviour ❌
👉 Failure to meet standards ❌
Health & Safety
👉 All hygiene and safety procedures must be followed
👉 PPE must be worn where required
👉 Medical conditions must be disclosed
👉 Failure to comply may result in removal from practical sessions.
Assesments & Certification
✔️ Courses include practical and/or theory assessments
✔️ Certification depends on meeting required standards
✔️ Awarding body requirements must be followed
Photography & Media
👉 Photos/videos may be taken during training ❌
👉 Separate consent will always be requested ❌
👉 You can opt out at any time ❌
Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
👉 Loss of personal belongings
👉 Injury caused by failure to follow instructions
👉 Work carried out outside the academy
Intellectual Property
All training materials remain the property of Beauty Base.
They must not be copied, shared or resold.
