Professional Dermaplaning Techniques
During your practical training, you will learn how to carry out dermaplaning safely and effectively using professional techniques.
Tutor demonstrations and supervised practice will help you develop your confidence in scalpel handling, positioning, pressure, skin preparation and treatment sequencing.
You will also learn how to recognise when dermaplaning is appropriate and when a treatment should be adapted or avoided.
2 Days Practical Training + Home Study
Your practical training takes place over 2 classroom-based days at Beautybase Training Academy in Chester.
During your classroom days, you will receive tutor demonstrations and supervised hands-on practical training.
The home-study element allows you to complete the required theory and supporting coursework around your existing commitments.
Tutor guidance and feedback are provided throughout your qualification.
Assessment
You will complete both theoretical and practical assessments as part of the qualification.
